SALEM, MA.- Thank you
Updated
On: Jan 30, 2012 (23:47:00)
December 2011 was an extremely difficult month for Massachusetts Firefighter's. On December 8, 2011, Firefighter Jon Davies of the Worcester Fire Department was killed while working at a 3- Alarm blaze. On December 23, 2011, Firefighter James Rice of the Peabody Fire Department was killed while working a 3-Alarm fire in that city. The show of support by the people of Massachusetts (and beyond) following these two tragic events was overwhelming and greatly appreciated.
In appreciation for this support, President Kelly and the members of the PFFM would like to thank everyone for helping us cope with this very emotional and difficult time. Please click on the link provided in this letter and enjoy the brief but meaningful video. Again, thank you.
To: ALL PFFM MEMBERS
From: The Office of the President
Date: January 20, 2012
RE: The PFFM says Thank You to Massachusetts
Brothers & Sisters:
With the unanimous approval of the Delegates at today’s PFFM State Meeting, we will be broadcasting a short “thank you” message to the people of Massachusetts during Sunday’s AFC Championship Game.
The Television spot will run 5 times before the game, as well as coveted 2:58 pm time slot immediately following the pre-game show and just before the intro to the game. It is also slated to run after the game before the “Patriots 5th Quarter” show.
It will also run several times during Local news programming all next week.
If you would like a look at the video, it is available on our Facebook pagehere (you do not have to be registered on Facebook to see it). Please feel free to “share” it with your friends and family.
Fraternally,
Edward A. Kelly
President
